Service Description

Slow down your busy mind, your body, and your breath. Mindfully make your way into each pose. Listening to your body and paying attention to your breath. You will move through gentle stretches, allowing your body to find rest. Releasing tension as you sink into each pose. During a guided meditation, you’ll be encouraged to let go of anything that is no longer serving you. You’ll leave class feeling a new sense of lightness.
